TUC's Competence Analysis 2010 offers companies in and around Tranås a requirement assessment questionnaire free of charge. We are also able to adapt the analysis specifically to your company's structure and problems. This allows companies to view their competence development strategically and provides an annual review of the need for competence in the company.
The aim of the questionnaire is also to identify the need for new skills and new professional roles of Tranås trade and industry. This gives TUC the possibility to plan for future competence supply and training programmes.
